Store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Gypsy Rose within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt and original tags attached. No returns on jewelry. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns on holiday items. All sales final on Liberty Black Boots, Moccasins and Reign Lashes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. GRB is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
